Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace. I am happy to say, he won't leave you hanging if you have an issue, he's on top of it. Highly recommend him to you.

I was new in town and needed to get my furnace inspected. I contacted 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection. They told me that I needed a duct cleaning and the furnace was in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and great attitude. Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.
