Roti Jerk Caribbean Restaurant & Ethnic Groceries

I have been there before and had great service, went there again and waited half an hour for the same thing!! All the guy did was talk to someone else that was working there and to make it all go worse.. I got home to eat my food that I had been thinking about all day and it was filled with CHICKEN BONES!!! I couldnt eat it!! They were everywhere it was discusting.. needless to say I will never go back there to that discusting place ever again!

They need help!

Stood there 10 min while the guy talked on the phone before even getting our order in only reason we didn't leave was the guy kept saying be right with you. Then we prdered and that took another 30 min to get it. The server seemed very dissorganized. The food was not worth the wait.

I come here about once a week to pick up my favorite on the menu which is a chicken curry Roti..the best i have had anywhere and i am from north York and used to many different WI restaurants. Just wish there was one in every plaza

Many Times Terrible Service

My family and I have eaten here several times. The service is friendly enough, but beyond slow. Delivery orders forgotten, food sent cold that was obviously for a party (and sent very very very late), And zero compensation for mistakes. The food is good but definitely not worth the hassle or the poor business practices.

The food is always excellent here. The jerk is spicy, the curry roti's are delicious. My only complaint is take-out. Calling ahead by an hour for take-out and it seems like the food is not even started by the time you get there. Maybe they were busy? But I doubt it.
