I had an AC system installed in Feb 2024, and the master bedroom unit has made a hissing and rattling noise ever since. After five visits and many follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Daikin approved a warranty replacement, but the company refuses to do the work without charging extra labor—even though they installed the faulty unit. The owner was dismissive, and overall the experience has been very disappointing.

Hi Sergio, We supplied and installed the system and returned approximately 5–6 times over the following year, including beyond our one-year labour warranty, at no charge. Although the intermittent noise could not be consistently reproduced, we took the concern seriously and worked in good faith to help. No installation defect was found. Manufacturer warranty decisions are ultimately handled by Daikin. We believe we acted fairly and professionally throughout.
