Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Iwould highly recommend Adriano and his company to any new or experienced homeowners for the best service and quality product. He will take the time to explain everything in detail, unlike other companies who will come through your house and give you a quote without understanding your needs and concerns. Not only is there an excellent selection of product colours and choices the products are made in Canada of high end material. The installer Len is professional and wonderful to deal with as well

I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.
