Like that they warranty parts and labour, can shop while vehicle is being serviced and have courtesy rides and vehicles for use while yours is being serviced

This is a beautiful store, with amazing dresses. The young blond girl is so helpful. I purchased a prom dress for my daughter here. We found this company on Instagram and were very happy with their large selection of prom dresses.

The first place I go to in Toronto whenever I need a coat, because nowhere else do you get such a great selection, good quality and full range of sizes. Staff is attentive when you need them, but will also leave you alone to browse if you prefer. I bought a fully reversible trench coat with a removable lining. The kind of coat that will last for years and would have cost a lot more elsewhere.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Hi,
I got my dress from Diva in April 2012. My gown was a St. Patrick dress. Here are my comments:
Good points:
- They have variety of beautiful dresses. You have many options to choose and the quality of the bridal gowns was good with a reasonable price. (I have no idea about their other type of dresses)
- They have friendly staffs. Very nice and kind Italian ladies.
- They try to help you if you are in rush (as I was)
- My first feeling about their Chinese (?) taylor was that is she understanding what I’m saying? I was a little worried that my dress become shorter or not as tight as I want. But she did a great job. And I should say that she was a very nice person
Draw backs:
- I think their veils and the other accessories are overpriced.
