This is a very well managed corporation. Be advised, though, that it
has not been called Windsor Housing Authority for a very long time.
It is currently called Windsor-Essex Community Housing Corporation,
or CHC for short. I know this because I used to work there, and I miss it immensely.

Call the office and register yourself on the waiting list. Rarely a vacancy, most people move to assisted living after being here for years. Best rental home ever.
