Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. My daughter just started ballet at bojangles it's such a warm welcoming atmosphere when you walk through the doors the staff there are lovely and everyone seems to have so much fun my daughter loves it and her teacher miss Melanie is fantastic so lovely and enthusiastic my daughter loves her she's made a real impression on her the way she teaches my daughters age group is so age appropriate they act like little princesses I enjoy my self almost as much as my daughter bojangles is definatly 5*
