My vehicle's engine light began flashing while I was driving on the 401. Luckily, Rick's Automotive was the closest mechanic. I made a quick call to Rick, explained my situation and drove directly to his location. Within half and hour, the issue was diagnosed, arrangements were made for repairs the following day and Rick secured a ride for me to pick up a rental to continue my trip. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and I picked up my vehicle as scheduled. A-1 customer service!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!

I love speedy auto works and the guys there, the Owner is great he was very honest i went with my estimate from the dealer because he had advertised he would beat it by 10%. my estimate was $1430.I thought he would do it but after checking my car it only cost me $320 and still running smooth. I will never go to a different mechanic. thank you speedy

First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.
