I had dinner at The Black Dog Pub a few days ago and it was a great experience. When you're craving pub fare, this is the perfect place to go. The food is is outstanding and the menu is fairly priced. The staff was kind and the service was amazing! Love this place. My partner and I come to this place often. In a number of years we have never had an issue with service nor food quality. As long as anybody who goes to restaurants is not stuffy and picky and judgmental, they will adore this lovely little restaurant on the Danforth. 2 thumbs up! Lire plus

will definitely go back. The fox might not be a fine dining restaurant, but the food is good, and the night life is amazing. If you have never been there at night, you need to check it out. I would rather go to the fox than head downtown. MUSIC IS ALWAYS GOOD! Lire plus

After Peel Pub sank beneath the waves, me and my buddies had to find a new pub to enjoy. We tried a lot of places out downtown until we found this one. Scotland Yard is pretty awesome. It isn't pretentious or overpriced. It has solid, good pub food and pretty much everything you want to wash it down with. A great place to load up your stomach before a night of partying and dancing. The style is Olde English, but the menu has a good mix of Canadian food too. Chairs and Tables are old world but they are in good shape. Lack of parking is a problem, so if you are on foot this is a much better option. Also, waitresses do have a habit of disappearing, largely because the bar is U-shaped, but my cup has never truly run dry. They take pretty good care of there customers, and I always feel like I get my money's worth. The place can get a little bit rowdy with the mix of locals and tourists, but I've never felt disturbed by the clientale. A pretty fun pub. Get your eats and start your crawl. Lire plus
