Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. Alex was great, I was told by another tech that my heat exchanger was done and needed a new furnace, I call Alex for a second opinion and all that was wrong was the limit switch, he took the time to test everything including carbon monoxide through the house. His price was by far the best. He saved me thousands of dollars, really honest and very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend his services.

The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family.
