We were looking for a competent professional for our family dental care after living 30 years in London Ontario. Finally, we visited Smile Bay Dental and were happy to meet young Dr. Sally A. We could see in her a genuine passion for her profession. We went through major work from cleaning to crown and she out performed to our expectations.She is pleasant competent and goes beyond to ensure work is done gently to the satisfaction. We recommend Dr.Sally for a complete family dental care.

Dr. Alexopolous is a great dentist. I won't go anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable, the hygienists are great and he is very accommodating regarding health plans or no health plans. I would recommend him to anyone.

I will not be coming to your dental office. I have severe pain in my knees and legs, and I am not able to climb the stairs to your office. I have found a new dental office that has no stairs leading to the dental office.It is more convenient for me. I am sorry if this has caused you any problems.

I could not be more satisfied with the experience and the care that I received. The West Metro staff are friendly, courteous, and kind. Dr. Walia was fantastic. He explained everything to me in detail, including what the issues were, what needed to be done to resolve them, and what to expect. Now not only are my wisdom teeth going to be fixed, but I have definitely found my new family dentist!

Excellent professional service exceeded my expectation. I came into office upset with my broken front tooth and left from office happy with gorgeous smile and brand new tooth as if nothing happened to it! And I didn't need to wait for appointment for a long time, I broke my tooth in the evening and following day in the morning it was already fixed! Location is so convenient, bus stops just in front of the office door, and there is free parking as well, and I saved time combining it for both - shopping in Sherway Gardens Mall and dentist's visit. Office is so cozy, and relaxing environment makes you feeling very comfortable and forget about your problems. Dr. Halyna Pentsak is so experienced, attentive to your problem and very pleasant kind person.
